Congratulations to Dr. Jeff Bray for being the first recipient of the IPMA Humanitarian scholarship. Dr. Bray received $3,000 for his medical work and diabetes education efforts in Tonga. Dr. Bray will present details and photos on this effort in Tonga during the business meeting in Sun Valley to update our members on this project. The meeting is January 18-20, 2018.
